OCEAN EXPLORERS NIGERIA was incorporated as Private Maritime Security Company (PMSC) under the Private Guard Security Act (CAP: 367) Laws of the Federation.

It has as its basic and primary concern amidst other legitimate goings-on as the Provision of Maritime Security Services, Provision of Private Security Guards and Personnel, Provision of Communication and Visual Security Gadgets in the Oil, Gas and Allied Sectors of the Nigerian Economy. 

Inspired by the present day exigencies in the Oil and Gas, and in conformity with our vision of being the leading integrated security services company, providing technology-based and intelligence driven guard, with emphasis on qualitative and courteous guard services and with a view of ensuring optimum satisfaction of our esteemed clients, which thus constitute our focal point.

Prior to her registration with the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) as a Private Maritime Security Company, and a Memorandum of Understanding, of synergizing with the Nigerian Navy.

We understand the complexities and issues facing the industry, and our extensive experience together with strong grounding in the Nigerian and International culture and ways of conducting business means we understand firsthand the many complex business issues, and are able to respond more quickly to ongoing requirements.
